For over 45 years, AlKifah Group has been adapting and evolving in Saudi Arabia. In 2007, the group established AlKifah Real Estate and TOFM grew from there. Providing integrated facility management services such as property management, marketing, and facilities management to the real estate branch of the group, we expanded to offer our expertise to other sister companies. Over time, we established ourselves as an agile and dynamic player in the facility management market.

We operate around three key principles: people, process, and technology.
