Trackplan is a young software company from Limerick in Ireland which is now owned by DIMO Maint, a large software company from France. Trackplan has significant clients in Saudi Arabia and from other regions in the Middle East.
Their product, Trackplan, is facilities management software, also known as CAFM. The main application is 100% web based and also has 3 mobile apps for supervisors, engineers and job requests. It is on a Microsoft platform and hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres in the Middle East.
It is a fantastic tool for facilities and maintenance teams from a wide range of sectors including offices, retail, healthcare, education and sports facilities.
It covers all the core features of a CAFM solution very well. Trackplan has a great interface and is quick to implement and easy to use.
